25 march 2006 we decide to live on a boat.

Why?…Prolonged idleness in the cradle of the waves? The possibility to see new landscapes while sleeping in the same bed? To get a better look inside of themselves? All plausible answers.

But, it is really about living with enthusiasm, discipline, and patience for something that you feel deeply for.

Our real motivation for living.

During our first Atlantic crossing in the night, when dreaming is a must, I told Irina a story about the sailors’ ditty bag  in the period of the great sailing ships.

Why not try to revive that enthusiasm?

Transforming our ketch in a laboratory, a floating studio, where the old fashioned ditty bag is the starting point in an attempt to create new models in the same tradition.
